Refund Policy

All payments made to the server are final. It will take anywhere up to an hour for your purchase to be applied ingame. If you are still not credited after an hour, please contact the owner or create a support ticket on our Discord server with your purchase receipt and we will resolve the issue. Any attempts to chargeback a purchase will result in a permanent IP ban from the server, and legal action may be taken as needed.
